Adrienne Lucier

Adrienne is the practice leader for Alternatives and SPV Structuring at the Family Office Resource Group. Adrienne has extensive investment and structuring experience with special purpose investment vehicles (SPVs). Previously she served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in its Global Credit Products group for over 22 years.  Adrienne was responsible for covering Sovereign Wealth Funds as well as domestic Tier-one institutional accounts.  Adrienne was a key proponent in the successful launch of several inaugural structured credit product deals, including the first Contingent Capital Bonds, At1s, PCaps, and the first use of dual IG secured and HY unsecured issuance for acquisition finance.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Adrienne was an Executive Director at Lazard Capital Markets where she was overseeing asset liability management exercises enabling clients to optimize their debt management. 

Adrienne received a B.A, from Franklin and Marshall College, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
