Lloyd serves as the Family Risk Management practice lead at Family Office Growth Partners. He is also the CEO of First Financial Group (FFG), one of the largest independently owned financial services firms in the Mid-Atlantic.  With the simple philosophy of helping people live better lives, First Financial Group has been protecting and building the wealth of Washingtonians for over 30 years.

As a business owner, Lloyd lives with and truly understands the unique set of challenges and opportunities of local entrepreneurs and business owners. FFG is focused on helping small to mid-sized businesses meet those challenges and leverage those opportunities.

Lloyd has grown his firm from six people in 1998 to over 200 financial representatives today and cares deeply about helping people find financial independence and live better lives.
